Shipping & Returns Policy

Our turn around time is usually 3-5 Business Days on RTS screen print transfers and sublimation transfers. Turn around time on preorder screen print transfers is 5-7 business days after the close date listed. Specific turn around times will be listed in each description of outside of that window. All sales are final. Items are custom made to order and due to the nature of the product we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchange.

Due to the various types of products offered, sometimes the website does not appropriately calculate shipping and any additional shipping will be invoiced at time of shipment and any shipments will be delayed until the additional amount is collected.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We will assist you in calling the shipping provider and filing a claim, but NO refunds will be issued for lost items.
