Current TAT is 1-3 Business Days for all RTS Items. DTF Transfers have a 3 to 5 business day TAT. DTFs cannot be combined with other items due to the way they ship for protection. Please order DTFs separate or upon ordering you will receive an additional shipping invoice to cover the multiple shipments.

      RECOMMENDED APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

      SCREEN PRINTS

      SCREEN PRINTS

Pick applicable High, Low Heat or puff and follow steps to apply:

      High Heat Screens

Heavy Pressure - 375 degrees for 7 seconds

I do this two times if needed. Do not place anything between transfer and heat press. Use a pressing pillow for added pressure is suggested. Hot peel.

      Low Heat Screens

Heavy Pressure - 325 degrees for 7 seconds

I do this two times if needed. Do not place anything between transfer and heat press. Use a pressing pillow for added pressure is suggested. Hot peel.

      Puff Screens

Heavy Pressure – 350 degrees for 7 seconds

Do not place anything between transfer and heat press. Hot peel.

If you are having trouble with the transfer not sticking, make sure you check the temp and pressure of your heat press.

      SUBLIMATION PRINTS

Set temperature on heat press to 400 degrees F. Set timer to 60 seconds. Set pressure at medium.

Use a lint roller on shirt to remove any loose threads or other particles.

Place a sheet of butcher paper or parchment paper (nonwaxed) BETWEEN the shirt layers to prevent color transfer during pressing.

Place paper face down on garment and tape in place with heat transfer tape.
Place another piece of butcher paper or parchment paper (nonwaxed) on top of the transfer to prevent color from transferring onto your heat press plate.
Press at 400 degrees F for 60 seconds with medium pressure
Remove paper immediately and peel hot. Allow item to cool.

Differences in results may occur due to heat press temperature and polyester count. We are not responsible for any transfers or products that are pressed incorrectly. We are not responsible for user error! The ink and paper are what I use in my own shop.

It is encouraged to cut around the transfer to prevent extra ink from transferring onto your blank.

CUT AROUND YOUR DESIGN. Set your temperature based upon the above table with high pressure. Place your transfer plastic side up and cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper. Press for recommended time on table. I press twice for my own peace of mind with about 20 seconds cool down between each press. Allow to cool entirely before ripping off plastic like a bandage.

To ensure washability and a matte finish, at the same temperature in the table above you pressed initially with, repress with a piece of parchment paper over the transfer for 20 seconds. For a shinier finish use a Teflon sheet instead of parchment paper.

      DTF PRINTS

Set temperature on heat press to 300-315 degrees. Using medium to high pressure, press for 8 to 10 seconds. Remove from press and let cool for 7 more seconds and peel the clear sheet away. Return your garment to the press and cover with parchment paper or Teflon and press for another 7 to 8 seconds.
