Current TAT is about 7-10 business days to shipping.
You -MAY- combine multiple images onto a 11.75x12 sheet.
Please provide a HIGH resolution image with a transparent background (png or svg format is best) We print what you provide so please make sure it is a transparent background, high resolution image for best printing results.

**You Must Have a Heat Press to Apply**
- LOW HEAT - 300-315
- Medium Pressure
- COLD Peel
Instructions: Press as instruction, remove from press and let cool for 7 or more seconds and peel the clear sheet away. Return your garment to your press and cover with parchment paper or Teflon now and press for another 7-8 seconds. You can remove your cover sheet immediately after that second press.

There are no returns or refunds on any transfers. If you need to have an item before a certain date then please contact us and you can pay for expedited shipping. We unfortunately have no control over USPS or the weather so if you do not receive an item when you need it, there will be no returns.
Due to the rapid turnaround time for these transfers we can only offer cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. However, no returns or cancellations will be accepted once the item has been shipped. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. We really try to return all messages within 24-48 hours.
